Ample opportunities for growth. Good appraisals. Inhouse talent being promoted for higher roles rather than hiring from outside.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Expected to work on weekends and even if you are on leave.

Likes

Work culture is aggressive. Management is good. But if you’re a part of rural finance team (which I was) work life balance is difficult. Learning opportunities are great. I learnt a lot as a product manager.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Favouritism. Politics. Low compensation (2020 no hike was given to any staff, 2021 (5%-8%) was hike. Pay is not that great as to the market standard.

Work Details

I left a year ago. Senior management were very supportive to me. Learned a lot as a product manager. However, hike, pay, other benefits were almost nil to low with no work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
