The independence that I got to do things my way. Aggression towards getting the task done has led me to learn a lot.

Dislikes

There are no work boundaries. You can get a call any time of the day and any day of the week whether it's a holiday or Sunday. Difficult to get that time off work.

It means you have to pay EMI for the laptop you use for their work...gets deducted from your salary and if you leave the org., You will have to pay the entire amount of the laptop. Also they sell at a much higher price than than market rate. Next thing you know they will convert everything into subscription model.
