Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Conversion and Growth Lead to spearhead customer retention and growth initiatives for L&T Finance.
- This role involves developing strategies to minimize churn, improve customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with MarTech tools, and expertise in digital marketing channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and improve conversions across various products.
- Customer Segmentation: Collaborate with the Analytics team to segment customers based on behavior and demographics, driving hyper-personalized campaigns.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue through targeted product offerings.
- Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and optimize processes related to customer retention for increased efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, digitization, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive efforts across functions.
- Budget Management: Oversee retention initiative budgets to maximize ROI.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report KPIs such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and retention rate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in MarTech tools like Clevertap, Salesforce, CDP, Google Analytics, UAC, ASO, and AI/ML.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in customer retention, growth strategies, or related fields.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
