Great company to work at*. The HR department headed by Neha Kaul is proactive and employee-first. *Great for people who want to work in the tech department.

MARKETING - Horrible boss. I still have IBS because of her and I have to go through therapy, even 2 years after quitting. COMPANY - Profit-first management. A placeholder CEO who doesn't know what employees go through and are ill-treated by department heads. They, for some reason, hire 'show-off' heads of departments. Unfortunately, they clip HR's wings every time they go pro-employee. Typical small-business mindset of the management....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
