heavily micro managed not sure if the practice is improved. keep tests and fire freshers at the end of probation. very hostile environment for non Hindi speaking people. Nothing Much to like They have very limited resources and the work pressure is high they will force you to do multiple projects and expect you to work 15 to 18 hr daily even on weekends also. no support from anyone. " If you do have not any option or you are a person whose last resort is this company then you can take a risk for one or two years"

PM - so-called project managers are useless they hire simply anyone who can read/write/speak English and call them Pm they sit on an experienced developer thinking they are running a project. All PMs are useless. Management:- No use no one replies to any signal mail they have started giving hike like MNC(Very low hike) but work wise they expect you to do like a startup, not a worth,
