Good place to start your career. A lot of exposure you'll get but work life balance is hard. Innovative opportunities.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

They don't pay on time. No leave structure. Very unorganized to be honest. No appraisal structure or contracts. A lot of overtime and working Sundays

Salary - Bad
Job security - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

You have to be multi Tasker that's the only way to figure out your work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
