Likes

The work culture and environment is very laid back. The employees are very humble and kind hearted. Made loads of friends here.

Dislikes

No financial security what so ever. There has been no appraisals for the past two years. You don't know if your next month's salary is coming or not. The CEO is least bothered and has no business sense.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
