1.Rakesh and Satendra working as Senior Heads are not able to promote good culture. I found them not , they are not adding much output to Ksolves like brining new client / In-house projects. That’s why many good quality resource either terminated from Ksolves or left. 2.They can terminate you any time. 3.HR shows the worst side of company face.
