- Too much workload. Management forces to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra pay continuously for months. - Employees dedication and work is taken for Granted by company management. If an employee worked 12 hours on a particular day then they will expect him to work 12 hours daily else he is not a good resource. - No work-life balance. - Stupid Senior Managers who do not have a professional way to talk. - No supports to the employees even at bereavement or if someone is in ICU, they would request you to join client calls so that Absent is not marked and they can bill the client for the day, but won't pay you for that. (This is a forced step and if the employee retaliates he is considered irresponsible and a bad resource) - CEO decisions are sudden and are not aligned with HR and other senior officials. - Most of the reviews on Glassdoor with 5 stars are fake. Fake Google reviews with names who don't even exist in the company - They changed the notice period overnight to 90 days from 60 days, making life hell for their employees...Read More
