Too much work pressure, you have to do extended hours even on Saturday and Sunday. They don't even provide time to understand client just always say hurry up and don't even provide software training. They want only everyone should start working from first day of joining. Team mate don't behave in good manners.

After spending an entire hour trying to come up with a single reason to like this company, I couldn't find anything. It's completely unappealing and offers no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

The company is a complete disaster. The management is beyond incompetent, completely clueless about effective leadership. There's zero opportunity for female employees to advance, and the senior manager (Aman Singhal) and AVP (Janak Mittal) are driven by their toxic male ego. The so-called leaders have only ever worked here, and it shows - they're running a chaotic circus. The goals they set are laughably unrealistic, and only a handful of favoured employees ever see any recognition or appraisals. If the management doesn't undergo a complete overhaul, this company is destined for a swift and inevitable collapse. Oh, and let's not even get started on the working hours. If they could, they'd have you working 25 hours a day. Who needs to sleep or a life outside of work, right? Clearly, they believe in squeezing every last drop out of their employees....Read More

No job security, can terminate anytime they want. Unnessary work pressure, target of job increase every few months, ask you to give 12 hr a day plus if necessary use weekend. Different rule for different people, extremely baised company. Your CTC includes gratuity, employer pension and employer welfare deduction (no idea why neither explain the benefit of it). Accounts department is like govt. organisation won't reply to your queries, deduction as they feel no calculation sheet provide to you, salary slip won't reflect employer pf deduction. No policy two people making all the rules in process as they feel. It's not Ks arcis, its Janak & Aman enterprise, HR has no power they decide everything. Just for the sake of money don't spoil your life, no family time. If you don't follow them they will make you write your resignation or they will terminate you....Read More
