About work culture we can say good it could be great, still need to be improved. Working hours, salary, expense settlement is on time.

Dislikes

You won't get appreciated, recognized unless you wake up the management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
