In stat audit, your work and liking towards office will depend on the team you get to work with. Leadership/ Partners are very supportive. If you do get involved in office, there are variety of activities that you can contribute to.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Though the top management is supportive very rarely would you find seniors and managers who are willing to be considerate.

Salary - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

What should I choose?

I have been offered a free BFSI course of 45 days starting from 27th January and I have also been offered a job in Kpmg from 1st Feb with 2 lpa
