This company likes to be in the top, so it would never mention about the recession in the company, would immediately terminate people with silly reasons such as Coding games, PIP and even after you clear them, HR will call you and tell you that your bench period is more than 3 months you have to get seperated from KPIT, but they conduct all the coding games and PIP in that 3 months time period lol! Also pathetic managers who on board you on projects un-officially, makes use of you entirely and the time you invested in working on the projects will not be considered and the RMG team will consider it as Bench period and still allot you with all that pathetic stuff called coding games and PIP!
