Talk negative about colleague Especially Nandkishor Sonar, No opportunity given to improve though I had build JLR and TML team from scratch. Not much support team to support me when I was playing the role of delivery manager for JLR and TML I played the role of DM and ADM.

Even after joining the company via employee referral they didn’t assign project for first 70 days and on 72nd day told me its my last day with KPIT as i didn’t complete some internal training. And in the market they have reputation of being product company but its service bases organization specialised in automotive.

I git nice colleagues because of the toxic management

No work life balance. I have been spending 16-18 hours a day on my project. And my senior manager who does micromanaging asked me to stretch more time. Here the senior management has no vision, no skills in milestones settings and planning. They make the developer’s lives miserable just to cover their mistakes. I still wonder how KPIT is making this much profit using these idiots

No job security, No work life Balance Less hike People not getting the time to understand the work environment and project. Because PIP have been raised for newly joined members (less than 3 month) and Freshers . Not recommended for Management people, work load is more. Less annual leave

I see the people in this company are very good. For Data scientists, DCS practice is good, but they hire people anticipating they will get project, but they end up with general software engineering/data engineering projects.

For Data scientists, the DCS practice is good, but they have issue with hiring a lot of people anticipating for project win but they endup giving them general software engineering/data engineering projects. There is no good project to learn from in AI ML domain. I felt my time in company got wasted. There is no or minimal Salary increment mostly (1-4%), when joining better be prepared with that. They have an organizational wide practice of using their internal tools, so be prepared to fill JIRA/Redmine both daily. Timelog is linked to tool like JIRA called Redmine where you have to fill timelog properly according to each category(15-30) which is a tedious work. They will check if you have committed 5 lines each day or not(Foolish idea). Your code reviews has to be mentioned in excel sheet and loads of manual work on excel sheets are involved. Sometime you will feel if its a software company or a dataentry company. They will find out your faults in these things and let you know that why you are not getting good appraisal or salary increment. Literally I can see some fake reviews posted by kpit hr and team to boost ther rating on this platform. If the project is good experience and exposure can be achieved but it's is always shadowed by politics

The list is very long They force everyone to be in office Truth to improve office culture but they don't have enough infrastructure to accommodate all prj. Literally the odc is shared by 3 projects and the alternate ther wfo 2 days a week . Pathetic work life balance. Politics favouritism are at its peak. Hr are just for show they don't work if we ask for any help regarding policy they be like we don't know will get back to you and they never revert even after multiple followups. They keep activities no, So call group or fun activities are done for hr team itself and is shown as it's whole company is participating. It's kind a narcissist HR bay they are there own world. Management Extreme level of favouritism discrimination and love for bootlickers Senior member and team leads the are the most overworked and exploited after interns and fresher. Senior used to teach and help out with knowledge transfer and great learning but due to low promotion slow appraisal and extremely poltics has lead them to leaving this company and frustration and hate towards kpit.
