We understand that the current market situation has been challenging for everyone, and we are doing our best to support our employees during these uncertain times. In the event that something does go wrong, we are committed to ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work. With that said, we do face certain limitations when it comes to sustaining employees who have been on the bench for an extended period of time without participating in any activities or successfully cracking interviews after months of training.
