My first Job here at kovai.co provided me a great work experience, I never imagined i would love my job so much. The work culture here has helped me not just technically but also enhanced my interpersonal skills. My team here and their constant support never let me get bogged down. Overall, It has been an eventful journey and continues to be.

Work Details

my daily routine here is to connect with my leads on a call to assist them in on-boarding process for the product, Also answer their technical queries. I do help my team in up-selling with their leads.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I like working at Kovai.co because I'm unable to specify why I like working at Kovai.co. I'm satisfied with every aspect. I was not lucky enough to get placed here as a fresher, although I'm more than happy here now.

Dislikes

As of now, sincerely nothing. Got an opportunity here during the Covid situation, still, onboarding, training everything was perfect.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
