Nothing to like. Worst company with worst management. I have never worked in a company so toxic that I wanted to leave in 2 months.

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Policies change if you are manager favourite. Work from home is not allowed but if you are a** licker then it is allowed. Zero understanding of technology. Mangers gives example other teams are asked to work on Sunday's and sometime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work

Office politics, indecent behaviour by bosses and Sr. leadership. Leadership doesn't care about employees, they don't even listen to employee's situation and problems. Politics is very bad, no clarity on roles and no appreciation at all.
