Company culture is very third class no one listening of u if ur performance is low .no guidance at all very bad bank for employees and for customer also unnecessary charges applied very difficult to handle those customer . meeting are very long min 2 hr in morning and 2 hr in evening senior using very bad and low level language

It's appraisal and promotion policy is Good

Full on pressure of LI GI, no work life balance, harrassing employees for more business in less payout, incentive structure is complicated. I have been working in the same from 1month but my experience was so bad. Mental harrassment is also included. No Local conveyance for M1 M2 grade, no corporate sim and laptop/desktop.

The colleagues are very much friendly and are ready to help anytime because no seniors will be available to help or they have very insufficient knowledge for queries.

Dislikes

I was working for credit card experience center where at the time if interview they informed there will be cross sales without target as you will be working with customer experience center. However things changed after joining and you would be forced to do sales without considering customer satisfaction. You will not be allowed to go home until you complete sales target even if you have worked for 12 hours. The company is not customer centric it is only sales centric and leader will ask you to do sales anyhow by making fool of customers by using their emotions and their compulsion. In total even if you join for customer service profile they will only require you to do daily sales without which they will bully you in front of everyone and the management is worst of all the jobs I have done as of yet....Read More

My manager (Branch operation manager and Service delivery officer both were females and took advantage of my simple nature rather than working they gives their work to me and both scroll reels. For them I am just a puppet . Even they abused me they pushed me to a level that being a boy a cried and mentally and physically I am exhausted .In addition to this she scold and abuse me very badly now I gave up rather than trying to adjust from this company and this lady. Hence Today I have submitted my resignation. And NEVER GONNA WORK IN BANKING SECTOR NOT EVEN VISITING PRIVATE BANKS .Also they used to send me to different places for their own work and I have to spend from my own pocket and not getting reimbursement....Read More
