Everything. The managers don't understand the concept of work life balance. Every employee is expected to work everyday of the week and be available any time of the day. Single women are expected to be available for various nonsense activities conducted by HR over weekends bt married women with kids are generously discounted. Too much office politics. The managers micro manage to the extent that if 1 manager is not there in office, the other manager will keep tabs on his team and inform him on a real time basis with what the team and each and every team member is doing. Bullying by a particular female employee is not addressed by either her manager or HR. Total groupism. Anyone who is on notice is treated like an outcast. Someone who took a transfer is also treated very badly. Noone in the office will talk to him/her. In fact new joinees will be explicitly asked not to talk to them. HR constantly lies and has hired well qualified people for under qualified positions wherein an experienced professional of 10yrs was at the same level as a CA fresher pass out in 2022. We have not received any support as such, they have created a portal for taking online medical consultation. We have not received any increment this year and have been that the next year may be the same.

Dislikes

No work life balance the management is not foresighted enough and expects the employees to overwork.
