I am getting good salary that is the only good thing All good things a suddenly vanish with new management

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

All thing are good but the appraisal and regarding confirmation of the employee .they only give reason make more productivity. To get promotion rather you are good well in business and Productivity. And audit and compalince is much more important than employee. There are not job security in any way .

Nothing to like. Worst company with worst management. I have never worked in a company so toxic that I wanted to leave in 2 months.

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span. Policies change if you are manager favourite. Work from home is not allowed but if you are a** licker then it is allowed. Zero understanding of technology. Losers just want to work on stupid Excel files and strech hours just to show that they "work" sitting late and expect the same to be done by Technically proficient guys....Read More

Less ppl more work. But it also depends on the manager... If he/she is working there since longggg time... Then that scenario is goin to occur that they will try to get all the things (including work of other teams) by you Still be expecting your productivity should not be hampered.

Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

Dislikes

No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams
