Noting good as a Brand name like kotak but in depth it is worst working experience. No holiday on ground level as like Saturday and Sunday every day is working day... There is Mandetory leave policy is given by HR but no one follow it.

Treating us like agency fos... even we are still not assign a single working desk in last 5 years

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
