Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

Overall worst experience working here, nobody support for any kind of clarification, no customer satisfaction. If customer asking for any service they ask us to ignore and go for next customer, they just want business end of the day. They just give false information and sell products to customers

Work life balance. My manager said this and I quote "Workday is not over at 6.30 PM, it's over after you finish the work, be it 12 at night". The shitiest culture treating employees like scumbags who should only work without looking at the clock. Forcing to do work which I have never done in my career span.
