Extensive working hours, poor work life balance, low pay scales, not enough employee friendly.

The lower pay scales, and extended working hours.

It was good working with India’s one of the most fastest growing and aggressive bank.The aggression instills the employees with the same. Good place to be in and alot to learn( if paid well)
