There is no Support from Company i.e, work from home without any technical Support. no any Compensation, no any job security, no work satisfaction in this company. If you look for your career growth in this company then my suggestion donot join this Company. Management is not Good and The other's work is also alloted to you and you want to get it done.

The is a lot of Politics and managment doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and carrer growth is verry slow. They want work completion on time but you asking for salary hike then managment want to re-appoint new Person in place of you.
