Lack of diverse tech projects, with a focus on internal platforms over employee interests. Continued issues with favoritism and politics post-acquisition, affecting recognition and rewards for hard work. Ineffective leadership and management, lacking skills in team management, communication, and client interactions. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but it's difficult to get recognition from management. Sometimes your Hard work may not be get noticed but one should keep learning.

There are many few of them are career growth, learning opportunities, transparency in management, good hike and bonuses. Easily approachble to management. People are helpful. etcs.

Dislikes

Being in the market just for 6 to 7 years, company is doing great and growing in every terms. I may start thinking about what I dislike once it complete 5 more years.
