Poor project management leads to overwork and unrealistic deadlines. Favoritism in promotions and roles, with positions and raises often given based on personal relationships rather than merit. Lack of diverse tech projects, with a focus on internal platforms over employee interests. Continued issues with favoritism and politics post-acquisition, affecting recognition and rewards for hard work</mark>. Unfair treatment of employees on notice periods, with demotivating escalation emails and disregard for past performance. once after acquisition by some big MNC, the hikes, appraisals have been worst. There is no learning in current product

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but it's difficult to get recognition from management. Sometimes your Hard work may not be get noticed but one should keep learning.

Management is not going to recognise your hard work if you are a silent guy who is focused on your work and do not know how to butter the management.

No work life balance, job security is zero. And if you are into some technology and want to work in that domain but they won't give you even an option. You will work whatever they decide. They can even tell you to clean thefloors. Very pathetic management. Don't join this company.
