Lack of diverse tech projects, with a focus on internal platforms over employee interests. Continued issues with favoritism and politics post-acquisition, affecting recognition and rewards for hard work. Ineffective leadership and management, lacking skills in team management, communication, and client interactions. Unfair treatment of employees on notice periods, with demotivating escalation emails and disregard for past performance. Inadequate response to complaints about management and projects from HR and top management. Poor work culture overall. Suspect credibility of reviews due to pressure on employees to write positive reviews infront of them.
