No proper career growth, you will be moved according to availability of project, even if you're a developer be ready to be placed in testing, vice versa not possible, work culture depends on which project you're placed, apart from there own internal project ( product team) every other projects has no work life balance, no employee benefits, even if you want to improve your skills(technical),you have to do it by self, neither they will provide any support nor compensate it.
