Worst company , company hired me as an operation manager, my key role was menu development for their cafe and manage the staff’s. But they want me to bring the sales for the company. Company CMO Nupur Agarwal is the one dumped owner i have ever seen in my life. She wants KPI without investing in marketing. She doesn’t know how to handle senior positions employees, no manners to talk, she disrespects any employee at anywhere. She always gives threats for holding the salary. At joining she told me that company will take care of travelling expenses, first she holds my travelling allowance for 3 months and then she told me company will not liable to pay travelling allowance....Read More

There was not much to dislike about kiwi but yes definitely there are things which kiwi can improve on for example whenever new customers enter kiwi stores they inquire about originality of organic products or the production process , I believe there can a TV or big screen in stores which shows exactly how these products are processed which makes it easier for salesman to make customers understand and it also gives customers a sense of trust since they see if with their own eyes how they are processed or how original a product is...Read More
