1.Everyone is good in behavior except Ops Team. 2. Good employees engagement activities. 3. Cultural values ++ 4. Partner Management AVP, GM, Manager also helpfull.

Dislikes

1. Work timing is exceeded without extra pay. 2. You can't freely spend your paid or non paid leave. Even you are hospitalized you will get call from delivery partners. So, there was no substitute for the time being. 3. Promotional increment is too much less as per the market. 4. All the time we are in meeting. 5. Maximum time they offer internship (1 yr.) for cost cutting.
