The HR team and its management are the worst in Coimbatore. If a hike is scheduled, they should send a common email stating, 'We are giving a hike next month.' If they are not giving a hike, they should send an email saying, 'The hike has been postponed to another month,' as proper management would. Instead, what they are doing is spreading rumors. They say the hike will be in October, but when October comes, they say November, and when November comes, they push it to January. Every HR team does this. They should be disciplined for leaking data, but in this company, disciplinary action doesn't seem to apply to HR, which is highly frustrating. If the CEO sees this, please take necessary action against the entire HR team, as they are mismanaging things. Because of this, they are likely to lose more employees...Read More

As an employee who endured the oppressive environment at KGISL, I feel Obligated to share my harrowing experience to shed light on the deeply troubling issues that persist within this organization. the review serves as a warning to prospective employees and a plea for change within KGISL. From the moment I joined KGISL, I noticed a toxic culture permeating the workplace. The management's approach to leadership was not only authoritarian but also downright brutal. They consistently employed abusive tactics to exert control and instill fear in their subordinates. Employees were treated as mere cogs in the machine, their well- being and dignity completely disregarded. The level of harassment that employees faced on a dialy basis was truly appalling. Supervisors and higher-ups created an environment that thrived on intimidation, humilation and verbal abuse. Constructive criticism was non existent, replaced instead by constant berating and belittling. Such Behavior eroded employee morale and stifled creativity and innovation. The lack of support systems within the company exacerbated the problem. HR personnel were largely ineffective, Often turning a blind eye to complaints or actively participating in the mistreatment. Reposting incidents of harassment felt futile, as the individuals responsible for addressing these issues were often the same ones perpetuating them. The absence of any recourse for employees left them feeling trapped and powerless. Additionally, there was a clear lack of diversity and inclusivity within the company marginalized groups faced discrimination and unfair treatment, further exacerbating the already toxic atmosphere. It is disheartening to witness such systemic prejudices and biases in a supposedly modern and progressive workplace. One of the most significant letdowns was the lack of fair compensation and the absence of any meaningful hike in salary. Despite dedicating my time and efforts to the company. The Promised performance reviews and salary adjustments were postponed repeatedly, Leaving employees feeling betrayed and undervalued. mostly the HR terminate the employees by asking them to do resignation themselves. It seemed that the company was more interested in cutting costs than recognizing the hard work and commitment of its employees. Moreover, the excessive workload and unrealistic expectations placed on employees contributed to an unbearable levels of stress and burnout. Request for reasonable work-life balance were met with disdain, with management continuously prioritizing profit over the well-being of their work force. This disregard for the mental and physical health of employees is deeply concerning and ultimately unsustainable. In Light of these experience, I strongly urge individuals considering employment at KGISL to think twice. Potential employees deserve better workplace that values and respects their employees, Promotes inclusivity and prioritizes a healthy work life balance. I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.
Break exceeds are considered as half a day or Lop, sometime preferred weekly offs will not be available as per our plan, salary appraisal will be provided with delay in months.
