Politics. Also, no standards followed. Especially the employee relations HR is the worst. You won't get any acknowledgment from them for any email or concerns you are raising. Even the company doesn't give you reliving letter or resignation approval/acknowledgment mail. The employee relation HR team want us to write mail to them but they won't reply. On questioning this it was informed that it is in the management policies to not to reply to resignation notice but the same company at the time of onboarding request you to submit resignation acknowledgment mail of the previous employer as part of their onboarding....Read More
