During training period, if the new joinees not interested to their paths Or not willing to continue their work and if they would like to quit the job within even 2 days .. The HRs ask you to pa around 30K to return your originals. 4.They won't give Ind holidays as well as US holidays. 5. Scheduled break for 30-15-15 and not more than 2 should go for a break at a time. 6. Frequently asked us to contribute money in the name of Potluck and team dinner which is approx 50+250 bucks every month but it's not worth it.. 7. If the RCM manager found that you are feeling comfortable with anyone.. They will change your place suddenly.. And if they want, they will interchange the team as well even though you are new to that process. 8. They will give more work to you by saying that they will give you promotion. 9.
