Systematic workplace harassment; Zero professional growth opportunities; Pay inequity; Tokenism - they employ local tribes only to write "Inclusive workplace" on their website"- they harras them and don't pay them well; Strict vertical hierarchy despite their website claiming a parallel/ horizontal hierarchy; Privileged higher-ups who won't care to show even an ounce of respect to employees, especially those from modest economic backgrounds, while posh and privileged employees receive red-carpet treatment; Oh also, according to them, "leave is not a right" - they grant you leave not based on your completion of assigned tasks, but on whether you are helping them in personal favours and pleasing them - the same criteria for appraisal as well! The administration is a horror show - the admin literally treats you like her slave and even shouts at you if you ask her for any clarifications....Read More
