Working in the core branch for which Iam trained for and the behavior among the colleagues and the seniors is the greatest gift I get as a fresher after my college.

The work includes planning, estimation, exicution of the project, which consists of High Tention distribution works under the Dyuthi Project 2018-2022 of KSEB Ltd.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
