The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

They are supporting by not reducing the employees. But definitely by reducing the salary from 30% to 50%. If you look at the pattern of the salary deduction we can see the employees with more salary are deducted more

Dislikes

Never an employee friendly company. The CEO thinks that he is the best and India head thinks he is the only one who has solution for the problems. This company is in the industry in the last 15 years and they have never grown since then because they never want to grow. I think, not sure, both CEO and the India Head are sharing the profits what they are getting by selling the resources. So no constructive feedback is going to help them. I'm done. They have not fired me yet and providing some amount of salary (salary is deducted which is considerable due to covid situation but then there is noprovision to pay the deducted salary back once the situation becomes normal) to me with which I can atleast pay my rent and buy some grossery.

No appraisal as promised. Higher management never keep their words, their promises. HR never replied to your first email, we have to remind HR that I have sent you an email and please reply to it. No work life balance at all. Being a junior developer if you are stuck which happens in most of the cases then there is no one to help you at that time. No appraisal from last 1.5 years.
