They have respect to everyones time , their response to queries or any issue/concern raised is resolved in a timely manner. I have never experienced any false commitment from the senior staff so far. What they say is what they do All you hard work is counted and awarded too. In my career so far it’s the best company I have worked with until till now. It’s a Employee oriented company.

No job security, no mobile projects, mass layoff done by Synechron frequently. Do not join Synechron ever, if you dont get job outside then also please dont join Synechron, worst management and worst company.

Nepotism in terms of hiring non deserving friends who don't know basics of programming. politics in giving opportunities. one who works gets more and more work and who is not interested in work but warming seat gets more and more relaxation to do so.

depends on project and how much you adjust with manager you get opportunities in terms of business knowledge and technical growth. I got chance to work on latest technologies like rest api's, AWS cloud, CI/CD pipelines along with senior, lead and manager
