I like the cordination of the team members and the understanding to each other and help to each other and so on. Also I have observe the company staff. The company staff is good and they are polite to other and so on.

Only one problem of the company. The company is few late for give payment. Also company give some big task or big projects. Also company give more time. The length of interview is 20 to 25 minutes.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
