There is good work life balance,you can come at specific time and go at specific time whether u have completed your work or not that doesnt matter.politics is terrible,you cannot survive there if u r a kind of person who loves to work,you need to do politics ,do extra work atleast show like that then only u will get good words about you and dont expect salary raise ,they will never give u that.

Kantar is a friendly company. Working in kantar is great opportunity as a fresher. IJP movements are those which enables the employees to work in different teams as per their interest

Kantar takes good care of their employees which the reason for low attrition rate in the organization and is the reason for less scope of development of career after few years of experience there due to no movement in the upper layer

Work pressure is very high. Lot of processes among which few are outdated but still in place. Managers instead of discussing with clients, obey what clients suggest for their ease increasing pressure on workers and have to stretch for the cause with no billable hours for company. This could be because of the cutting edge competition but I think many of the processes need to be revamped.
