There is no work life balance, they are accepting you to work 24*7, no overtime pay no perks. Tools used by companies will not add any value to your experience as whole industries not use this tools.

The only thing like about working is few goodies we use get during new year and Diwali.

Dislikes

Worst place to work, no work life and personal life balance, no growth, no salary hike even though I was in the organisation for 3 years. That screwed up my overall CTC even after I changed company.
