VK's progeny and his son Akshay, struts about like a peacock, followed closely by his brother Nutan, both basking in the illusion of their own grandeur. And let's not forget the sycophantic Rajnish Rangari, whose sole purpose seems to be to stroke the egos of his superiors. During the farcical hiring process, they paint a vivid picture of Kanchansobha as a utopia of innovation and opportunity. They dazzle candidates with tales of grandeur, promising the moon and the stars, all while hiding the harsh reality behind a meticulously crafted facade. In truth, Kanchansobha is nothing more than a cesspool of incompetence and deceit. Communication within the company resembles a broken game of Chinese whispers, with directives twisted and distorted beyond recognition as they trickle down from on high. Juniors are treated like disposable pawns, their voices drowned out by the deafening silence of senior management's indifference.
