Timely payment of salary, good infrastructure, good staff, neat and clean surrounding , cooperation of staff

It is difficult to manage our work life balance..very less faculty as per the student faculty ratio available in every department. So we have to work under tremendous pressure.we were engaged in so many classes either we want or not.so management have to look after this..and the most important is your salary .. salary is not upto the mark and whatever salary they gave..they take your full time engagement with teaching as well as non teaching work.Poor management.....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
