I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Dislikes

Working in shifts not because it is required, it is because they don't have enough seating capacity. Promotion is very rare minimum 5 year and that too if your manager is with you. Grading system is very baised.

Job is secure till you can tolerate the things happenning around you.

Dislikes

No SOP is available for any process. Apart from office working hour you are forced to work from home on a day basis and on weekends and holidays. No one is ready to correct the process just you have to follow even if process is incorrect. Any HR related things 99% is incorrect even the Salary Structure, medical insurance, any additional would definitely be mismatched by HR.
