Colleagues are nice and friendly.

Dislikes

Company lacks vision and work ethic. Compensation is below average, never got what I asked for. Management is totally chaotic and never appreciates the work done. Decisions taken are never employee centric and dirty office politics is often seen. Backbiting is a common occurrence. HR policies are abysmal and are always pro employer.Merit is never taken into consideration and hiring of managers and upper management is within their own kith and kin. Growth prospects are poor for outsiders. Office manager lacks management skills and is terribly indecisive. Very money minded and often seen as a miser. Budget is always an issue even for basics. Please do not join this company as job security is an issue with a lot of layoffs taking place. Salary is never on time....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
