Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

New managers and new team leaders in Bangalore site with pathetic team efforts. Where managers are caught in indecent acts and fired and rehired after one month but still in office. Ignoring it all that the American clients are not notified. And when raised voice. You will be fired or mentally tortured in office by managers in claims EMM and DR department in tower C of 7th floor. People are suffering the wrong management introduced newly. Please take a survey from them about the previous management and new management. Biggest cheats of this place are manager Ruben Powell, and team leader Nitya Roseleen. Who abuse each other behind each other and act like best friends infront of people and doing all the unethical activities including harassing the employees and scaring them and showing hand signs as a threat. JPMC is one of the best employers. The work life Balance is good. Senior management is really great. Employee benefits are another one to be called out. Over all a great experience. I would love to work for this for this firm again.

It was good at first, when I joined, good WFH benefits, WFH equipment reimbursement. Good culture.

Salary is decent compared to industry average. Also, You don’t need to worry about the job security unless you are really bad. Work life balance depends on which line of business and what team are you working.

Dislikes

Promotions are too slow compared to your peers in US or UK. A person will stay as an Analyst or Associate for years and your peer will become a Vice President or even an Executive Director within the same timelines. Your promotions are hardly based on your performance and mostly based on how much good relationship you have with your manager and how much the management has endorsed you as a brand.
