Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

Few Indian leaders leadership style is worst and culture values are very poor. It does not meet JP Morgan standards. Need to reassess leadership roles in india. Hope it will get addressed soon.

all managers strive towards excellence of staff, excellent training resources and opportunities to learn and move across the teams. People with growth mindset will cherish and excel.

Dislikes

Nothing much, only warning is people with lazy attitude would not survive
