only thing is good in this org is good learning resources, but you can find this out of the organization.

Dislikes

Not even a thing that need to be liked, very toxic culture, very poor quality of work, no work life balance, seniors are very arrogant, strong recommendation not to join this organization.

Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?
