- Payment disparity (someone 2 years less experienced may be at higher position with much higher salary even though you do same work with similar efficiency) - Bonus is decent but not written in your offer letter (no company can take bonus into account if you leave the organisation) - Your technical knowledge won’t improve unless you are joining as a fresher (who has little to no professional experience) - They still use Python 2 which was deprecated at least a decade ago. - Do not recommend for techies....Read More
