Despite the job's temporary nature, I enjoyed the exposure to global financial operations and the opportunity to learn from industry experts during my contract at JP Morgan Chase.

Dislikes

One challenge I faced at JP Morgan was the lack of job security as a fresher on a contractual basis; despite my efforts, my contract wasn't extended.

Safety and security for women employees are the best thing in jp. All the facilities are superb like cafeteria, sodexo and equipment provided during WFH .

Dislikes

Hike percentage and bonus

Work Details

Work life is stressful as working hours got increase drastically during WFH . Team head count will be less due to which work pressure increase on employees which leads to extra hours
