There is a very good work life balance but while trying to maintain a good worklife balance it is a struggle to grab enough growth opportunities. I have experienced a lot of changes in the process which are too many to adapt and handle sometimes

Work Details

The worklife at jpmorgan is good. I have enjoyed my overall work experience here. It has enough work life balance especially for working women. The shift timings are flexible and there is a constant change in the process that keeps you on your toes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
